Understanding Booking Statuses
- Pending: Your request is received and our team is allocating treatment suites and therapists.
- Confirmed: Your appointment is confirmed. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment.
- Completed: Service completed. Thank you for visiting Praan Wellness.
- Cancelled: Reservation was cancelled as per notice or time policy.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment, please notify our concierge at least 5 hours prior to your scheduled time free of charge.
